WVSHP is requesting that you contact all your state representatives to specifically have pharmacists added to the Medical Professional Liability Act (MPLA).  Pharmacists were not specifically mentioned and the WV State Supreme Court ruled against a pharmacist who had claimed protection under the MPLA.
